 \frac{8 {x}^{2} - 18x + 9 }{2x - 3} \\ =\frac {8 {x}^{2} - 12x - 6x + 9}{2x - 3} \\ = \frac{4x(2x - 3) - 3(2x - 3)}{2x - 3} \\ = \frac{(2x - 3)(4x - 3)}{2x - 3} \\ = 4x - 3
