x² - 2x + 1 / 2x-1

[ We will first solve x² - 2x + 1  ]

⇒ x² - 2x + 1

⇒ x² - x - x + 1

⇒ x (x - 1)  - 1 (x - 1 )

Hence, (x-1) (x -1) = x² - 2x + 1

(x-1) (x -1) / 2x -1

There is nothing further which can be done.
