Answer:

Let f(x)=x²+2x²y-2xy+2xy²-3y²

Let p(x)=x+y

Now, let x+y=0

x= -y.... (Substitute in f(x) )

f(x)=(-y)²+2(-y)²y-2(-y)y+2(-y)y²-3y²

=y²+2y³+2y³-2y³-3y²

=-2y²+2y³

Thus, if we divide x^2+2x^2y-2xy+2xy^2-3y^2 by x+y​, we get -2y²+2y³.
