Correct question :

  • Divide x³ -3x² + 3x -2 by x - 2

Given :

  • p ( x ) = x³ -3x² + 3x -2
  • g ( x ) = x - 2

To Find :

  • Remainder of the equation

Solution :

➨ x - 2 = 0

➨ x = 2

Now put value of x in x³ - 3x² + 3x - 2

x³ - 3x² + 3x - 2

➨ 2³ - 3*2² + 3*2 - 2

➨ 8 - 12 + 6 - 2

➨ 14 - 14

➨ 0

when we divide x³ - 3x² + 3x - 2 by x - 2 it gives 0 as remainder
