When ever the polynomial have a missing degree of number in between we add 0 to it

for e.g if it is given 9y^5+7y^3+5y^2+2y+1

in this degree y^4 is missing so we will add 0 to it

after we add 0 the equation will be

9y^5+0y^4+7y^3+5y^2+2y+1
