OR,

m^2 + 7m + 10/(m+5)

= [m^2 + (5+2)m + 10]/(m+5)

= [m^2 + 5m + 2m + 10]/(m+5)

= [m(m+5) + 2(m+5)]/(m+5)

= [(m+5)(m+2)]/(m+5)

= m+5  will cancel 

= m+2
  

now, o is the remainder  ,   it will  be divided by m+2
