For doing addition & subtraction of fractions,we have to make the denominators equal. For that we will take their L.C.M. .  The L.C.M. of 7 & 12 is 84.

Multiply 65/12 with 7/7 & 12/7 with 12/12. Then they will be 455/84 & 144/84.

Now, their sum is (455 + 144)/84 = 599/84
Difference is (455-144)/84 = 311/84

Now the division part. 599/84  divide by 311/84. We have to multiply 599/84 with the reciprocal of 311/84 i.e.,84/311. 599/84 x 84/311.(84 & 84 will be                                                                                                    canceled)
                                                              = 599/311

So, 599/311 is the answer. Please mark as brainliest if helpful
