Rule for 2:-
The last digit (ones place), must be 0,2,4,6 or 8.
Rule for 3 and 9:-
The sum of all digits must be a multiple of 3.
39 = 3+9 = 12.
Multiple of 3.
The sum of all digits must be a multiple of 9.
90 = 9+0 = 9.
Multiple of 9.
Rule for 4 and 8:-
The last two digits of the number must be divisible by 4 or can be 0. Then it’s divisible by 4.
