Add the alternate digits of a given number. And then subtract the numbers. if result is divisible by 11 then given number will also be divisible by 11.

Eg.

56309 is divisible by 11 or not?

1. Add alternate numbers (5+3+9) = 17 and (6+0)=6

2. subtract the numbers 17-6=11

3. the result is divisible 11

4. then 56309 is also divisible by 11.
