Equality: A gender fair society is one which gives equal rights and responsibilities to all people irrespective of their gender.
They may be men, women or transsexuals.
Family:
The children should be treated equally and prioritization and restriction should be avoided. Both men and woman should be given equal rights in decision making.
Teachers:
The students should be thought that all genders are equal and no gender is inferior from the other. No partiality should be shown between the students and they should be educated about the needs and merits of a gender fair society.
Media:
The media should not portray men as the dominant gender and provide awareness to the people about women rights. Telecast and publish shows and articles that promote unity and equality.
A family, if gives equal opportunities to both daughters and sons and never holds them back from achieving their dreams and goals just because of their gender, then it would bring a great change.
Media should emphasis on addressing equality betwwen men and women and not favours for women. they should address the discrimination and put the limelight on the solution. teachers should encourage reading of stories with femal protaginists, and educate the boys and female about importance of feminism and their role in the society as humans.
