I hope it helps you!!!

The variations that arise in the organisms are due to the reshuffling of genes during meiosis are the errors and DNA copying your question that DNA copies generated during reproduction will be similar but not identical is quite true because there are some factors which lead to these variations as because of the greater diversity during the process of reproduction that traits are inherited from the parents to the offsprings the new individual shows different combination of features as compared to the parents and both parents are involved that is why the offspring is not just identical to one parent it has to accommodate in it the variations and characteristics of both the parents so this leads to variation in the species these variations produced in organisms get accumulated during successive generations the increase in the frequency of a specific variation is increased as we move on to the for the generations however it is clear that a sexual reproduction involves minor variations where as in sexual reproduction a large number of variations are generated leading to Greater diversity because of the participation of two parents
