1. DNA replication in the S-phase of interface enzyme - enzymes are DNA polymerase, DNA helicase, ligase etc

2. Transcription of protein synthesis -enzyme are-DNA dependent RNA polymerase, DNA helicase, ligase etc

The two molecular processes in which a double stranded molecule of DNA unzips are:

- Replication- it is a process of copying a strand of DNA. It involves DNA polymerase, DNA Ligase and DNA helicase enzyme.

- Transcription – It is a process of formation of mRNA from a double stranded molecule of DNA. It involves DNA helicase enzyme. It also has RNA polymerase, DNA ligase used in it.
