The National Benchmark Tests (NBTs) are assessments for prospective first-year students applying into higher education institutions/universities in Africa. It is composed of three tests:

  • The Academic Literacy (AL) test  
  • The Quantitative Literacy (QL) test  
  • The Cognitive Academic Mathematics Proficiency Test (CAMP)  

Passing all these tests will of course give the candidate the edge he/she needs to be able get into institutions he/she selected.

The National Benchmark Tests (NBT) are examinations given by first year applicants to get admission in higher education colleges or universities in Africa. It examines the student's ability to transfer Academic Literacy, Quantitative Literacy and Mathematics to the needs of the university coursework.

The National Benchmark Test consists of three multiple choice tests :-

1) The Academics Literacy (AL) Test

2) The Quantitative Literacy (QL) Test

3) The Cognitive Academic Mathematic Proficiency (CAMP) Test
