Plasma is a state of matter. A Bose Einstein condensate is a state of matter as well. It consists of a dilute gas of bosons( integer spin particles like photons) at near absolute zero (0 Kelvin). As temperature tends to 0, a large number of the bosons tend to occupy the lowest quantum state.

Answer:

A Bose–Einstein condensate (BEC) is a state of matter of a dilute gas of low densities called bosons cooled to temperatures very close to absolute zero (-273.15 °C). ... A BEC is formed by cooling a gas of extremely low density, about one-hundred-thousandth (1/100,000) the density of normal air, to ultra-low temperatures.
