Yes, The solution is basic and also have hydrogen ions but in lower quantiity. But the concentration is less as compared to OH- ions that make the solution basic in nature. hydrogen or hydroxide ion in it but due to the dissociation of hydrogen or hydroxide ions in its corresponding aqueous solution.
