The charged particles ions are present in the aqueous solutions Hydrogen and hydronium ions. These ions carry electric currents thus acids conducts electricity. Bases also conduct electricity in aqueous solution. Bases are also electrolytes that give ions in aqueous solutions and these ions help to conduct electricity.
