b) New and existing technologies to combat biotic and abiotic stresses, raise crop and livestock productivity, improve soil fertility and make water available can potentially increase the amount of food produced.

c) true, when people take responsibilities to keep the environment and surrounding clean neat, then automatically everything will be less in use which results pure environment and peaceful mind, too.
