According to research they aren't but some people have seen them And I believe in them if u want an real example than the alien had been found by Americans actually the case was the doctors of city hospital got a patient who had no eyelids, eyebrows, lips ( yuk can't even imagine) and when they examine him he was totally same but a little different .
an another case is with a family who had been tortured by aliens just because they wanted them to be examine and still now they are not left by them there generation are also tortured ( discovery channel most famous telecast)

But in reality even if there are intelligent beings on some planet of a distant star, it may not be possible for us to know about them. This is because of the large distance that separates us from other solar systems. We know of no nearby star that has planets with conditions suitable for life. Most stars are hundreds of light years away, which means that light and even radio signals from the stars or any of the planets would take hundred of years to reach us. It is unlikely that aliens from a planet of such a star would venture to visit us without first contacting us by sending radio signals. Even otherwise, it would be too long journey for anyone interested in visiting us. Aliens, as shown in films, are the best interesting science-fiction characters.
