do all cells of our body look alike in terms of shape, size and structure? what are the similarities do they have? illustrate by drawing diagrams of various cells

Generally cells are round,spherical or elongated.some cells are long and pointed at both ends.they exhibit a spindle shape.cells are quite long.some are branched like the nerve cell or a neuron.though all of them differ in size ,shape and structure their main similar function is to make our body work properly..
