Do all cells of our body look alike in terms of shape size and structure / what similiarities do they have /explain by drawing dograms of varios cells in human bodies

no, all cells differ in size they may look like each other and some may not;. the difference in their size depends on their function of each cell. if a cell has large function then it is said to be quite large. many cells in our body have different shapes such as dicoid like rbc ,polygonal, spindle like shaped like the neurons,spherical etc.
