do all cells of our body look alike in terms of Shape, size and structure? what similarities do they have? Illustrate by

no, all the cells in our body will not look like the same some may vary and some may not. the difference in their size depends on their function. if the function of some specified cell is large then it is large in size. cells in our body may be of different shapes dicoid like rbc, polygonal, rectangular,thread like nerve cells or neurons.
