When a combination reaction get decomposed the reactants formed are different from each other.

Actually no
It is not like that
a combination is just the opposite of a decomposition reaction
For ex
CaO+H2O—> CaOH + heat
And AgCl—> 2Ag+ Cl2
These reactions are completely different according to me
