no it is not like that all disease that do not spread to people coming in contact with the sick person some disease are the diseases of the person they are only having it is not like that.

No all disease don't spread to people who r contact with the sick person.
Many diseases r there such as HIV virus, jaundice etc. Which doesn't spread through direct contact
As they r not all communicable disease.
