All molecules in liquid do not take part in evaporation.
Because Evaporation is a process in which the surface turns into vapour. lesser the bottom.
In boiling, Less the surface molecules take part and more the bottom molecules takes part.

No,in evaporation not all the molecules of the liquid is involved cause in the process of evaporation usually the molecules present at the surface is converted into gaseous ,these molecules attain heat from their surroundings to get converted but in boling heat is manually imparted specifically at the bottom so in boiling all the molecules take part but not in evaporation..
