All noble gasses does not react chemically because it has the required no. of electrons in each shell or orbit. The inner orbit contains 2 electrons and the 2nd and 3rd can have 8 respectively. if it has either of it (2 in inner or first orbit and 8 in 2nd and 3rd orbit) will be considered noble gas
