Do all parts of body grow at some rate?if not , how do all parts become propational in size?

during adolescence different parts of the body do not grow at the same rate for example the arms and legs often grow faster than other parts puberty ends with adolescent reaching reproductive maturity and hence all body parts become proportional in size
