Not all plant cells have similar or identical organelles as each plant has different needs. Both animal and plant cells are eukaryotic, and they contain a nucleus/ mitochondria. Although, not all cells are identical. Here's why: Plant cells contain chloroplasts for the process of photosynthesis while animal cells don't.
