Answer:

All plant cells are different from animal cell as they have cell wall and animal cells lack cell wall. There are some differences between Two plant cells also as some plant cell may lack some organelles like plastids(colouring pigment), lysosomes,etc. Some plant cells are elongated some are dead. Some cells have matrix and some don't have.

So they may differ.
