It turns out that all liquids can evaporate at room temperature and normal air pressure. Evaporation happens when atoms or molecules escape from the liquid and turn into a vapor. Not all of the molecules in a liquid have the same energy.

Hi friend,

All molecules in liquid do not take part in evaporation.
Because Evaporation is a process in which the surface turns into vapour. lesser the bottom.

In boiling, Less the surface molecules take part and more the bottom molecules takes part.
