All molecules in liquid do not take part in evaporation.
Because Evaporation is a process in which the surface turns into vapour. lesser the bottom.
In boiling, Less the surface molecules take part and more the bottom molecules takes part.

Yes. According to my opinion all the molecules take part in evaporation as they undergo some sort of change in their state of matter as well as the force of attraction between their particles and also they require latent heat to change their state of matter. So every molecule undergoes evaporation..........
