The stars are much much much farther away than any distance you can move on the Earth, so you shouldn't be able to see them "move" on the sky just by moving on the Earth. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that the stars do move slowly over the course of the night.

Hope this helps you

No, not all the stars in the sky move.

Explanation:

  • The stars observed in the night sky appear as if they are moving gradually from the east to that of west.
  • This apparent motion is not due to their actual movement but rather due to the rotational movement of our planet from the western direction to the east.
  • The rise of Sun in the eastern front and set in the west is also due to the fact that the Earth is rotating and not the Sun is actually traversing the sky.
