stars in the sky no not move,it is because of the atmospheric refraction... when the starlight enters the atmosphere it undergoes refraction continously the starlight moves from a rarer medium to denser medium so the stars appertant position seems slightly higher than the actual position and and stars seems to twinkle when we see...stars have their stationary position
