The stars are much much much farther away than any distance youcan move on the Earth, so you shouldn't be able to see them "move" on the sky just by moving on the Earth. One thing to keep in mind, however, isthat the stars do move slowly over the course of the night.

no they don't move in the sky they always stay at their place only. but they are so high from earth. only we imagein that they are moving because of atmosphere and climate change .
