Do all types of soil absorb water to the same extent give reason ​

Bez there is presence of air which can be replaced by water

Soil with medium air molecule is best water absorbent then other Eg:- alluvial soil.

Like loomy soil is a good water holder.

but the sandy soil is worst.

It depends upon how finer the particles are in the soil.
