Hi friend!

Generally, vegetables have a pH of 4 - 6.8. The more acidic vegetables include:
*Tomatoes
*
pimentos
*
any vegetables processed with vinegar, such as canned artichokes, canned beets, pickles

However, not all vegetables have so much of acid in them!!
