1)Take a beaker.
2) Fill half of it with water.
3)Put one crystal if potassium permanganate.
4) Now observe the solution.
5) You will see that after some time the whole solution will turn into purple colour.
6) From this activity we can conclude that potassium permanganate crystals is made up of small particles which is of purple colour which gets into the spaces between the particles of water.
