Anaerobic respiration takes place in the absence of oxygen.when plants respire anaerobically, ethyl alcohol (C2H5OH) is produced as one of it's product.but when anaerobic respiration take place in animal, lactic acid(C3H6O3) is produced. So plant can't yield lactic acid during it's respiration.
