do animals all around the world have similar organs and functions ? what is the diversity behind them?

No not all because probably many lack some organs and with different functions. Notice that cow had 4 chambered stomach while carnivores lack it. This is because herbivore have different dihestion system and carnivores has to adjust them for situation.
