Of course. Most mammals will see these desert mirages as hallucinations from extreme dehydration due to the desert heat and water loss, but most to all animals that live in the desert are evolutionarily adapted to the heat, and are able to combat water loss, meaning they can store more water for longer periods of time. While this does not mean they cannot have any hallucinations, I think they'd find a water source before extreme dehydration sets in, meaning they'd live their whole lives without seeing mirages.
