do anko ka yog 28 hai and unka anter 12 hai to anko ka gudanfal kya hoga

HEYA..
Let one term be x and another y
ATQ->
x+y=28
x-y=12

Adding both the equation..20
2x=40
x=20

Now put x in equation 1
20 +y=28
y=8
