Explanation:
Is it true that ants die after biting a person?
No. It’s true that some species of bee will die after stinging an animal with skin as thick as a human's. This is because their stinger is barbed, and it gets stuck in the skin of large animals, causing the bee to literally rip itself apart when trying to withdraw it. They can usually sting other insects without this problem though. Only certain types of bees have these barbed stingers, many can sting repeatedly with no problem, and this is also true of wasps, hornets, and such.
As for ants, there are some ant species with soldiers that are large enough to deliver a bite that is painful, or at least irritating to humans. Much more common are ants that can sting, although not all ant species can sting people. In any case though, no ant dies as as direct consequence of biting or stinging a human, at least not as far as I'm aware.
