Solution:-

We know that the sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360°

As parallelogram gram is a quadrilateral then the sum of all angles of parallelogram will be 360°

As we know that the opposite angles of parallelogram is equal so x = ∠S

==> x = ∠S = 70°

But,by the property of parallelogram the sum of adjacent angles of parallelogram is 180°

Now,

x + y = 180°

70°+ y = 180°

y = 180 – 70

y = 110°

Hence, the value of x and y is 110°
