Do basic solution also have h+(aq)ions?if yes,then why are these basic

as ph increases, acidity decreases. simultaneously basicity increases. thats why basic solutins are considered as bases even though they contain h+ ions

Yes, The solution is basic and also have hydrogen ions but in lower quantiity. But the concentration is less as compared to OH- ions that make the solution basic in nature
