Yes, basic solution do have hydrogen ions

But they have more hydroxide ions than hydrogen ions
And having more number of hydroxide ions means that the given solution is basic..

example --> NaOH

Sodium hydroxide has more hydroxide ions than hydrogen ions , so it is basic in nature.

Yes basic solution do have hydrogen ion in there aqueous solution
First of all you need to know that formation of hydrogen ion and hydroxyl ion are complimentary to each other if one is produced ,other will be automatically produced
Let's take an example of NaOH ,it will ionise to produce the higher concentration of hydroxyl ion than hydrogen ion ,that's why it is basic in nature
