No. ...........bigger organisms don't have bigger cells.For example the small cat has the cells with size as the size of cells of big cat. The size of the living organisms depend on the number of cells not on the size of cells.

Bigger animals have a larger number of cells than a smaller animal. But the cells of similar nature are of similar size.
People have different types of cells in different parts. They are of different sizes. Women carry eggs which are big cells. Men have sperm cells which are smaller. Plant cells are bigger than animal cells. Huge persons carry a larger number of cells than a person of smaller size. Same case with animals and plants.
The brain cells are bigger ie., longer in size compared to other cells. Brain/nerve cells in some big animals are bigger (longer) than those in smaller animals. Perhaps not in volume.
Usually cells of animals are in the range of micrometers. More or less similar in volume.
