Dreams are seen in our minds not by our eyes. so blind people can also see dreams. Dreams are aa type of imagination.

i think so that the answer may be no. because they don't know how the world is and in which form and they even don't know their structure. So how can they imagine that a particular structure will be like this? it even may be yes because they can create their own structures.
