Yes

In -2/3, numerator has negative sign and denominator has positive sign.

So, negative/positive = negative

In 2/-3, numerator has positive sign and denominator has negative sign.

So, positive / negative = negative..

-/- = +

+/+ = +

-/+ = -

+/- = -
