yes campus placements do involve interviews . whenever any company wants to invest in people it do care about the profit it will have and they take care of this by choosing the right candidate for the job by testing their communicative skills, their interaction with people and their presentations too. for this to work right and for the candidate to not feel awkward some companies hold group discussions too. the questions they ask in interview are just for the sake of their satisfaction so whenever we are in an interview we should just be confident and that's all.
