I think that celebrities would not get away with more crime, because they are mostly on live TV and would not commit crimes on live TV.

A celebrity would not commit a crime on live TV because if they did, they would be in even more trouble than you would be if you were a normal person, and could result in celebrities getting more time in jail potentially than normal people.
