So, if you change the unit system, the difference in length i.e. dL, will change in both cases. For example, if the object expanded from 4m to 5m, dL is 1 and if we change the unit system to cgs dL will become 100.

So, according to formula, dL/dT, coefficient will change because the unit of temperature is still kelvin.
